Refunds & Returns Policy – Luthra Wall Art
At Luthra Wall Art, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. While each painting is handled with care, we understand that there may be rare instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for non-custom artwork that meets the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The artwork is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is shipped back to us with a trackable and insured courier service.
⚠️ NOTE: Custom paintings are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to order based on specific client requirements.
Return Process
- Contact Us:
Email us at info@luthrawallart.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). - Approval & Instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. - Shipping the Return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a courier that offers insurance and tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item without it. - Inspection & Refund:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed (excluding original shipping charges and any applicable cancellation fees).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Take clear photos of the damaged painting and the outer packaging.
- Retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for an insurance claim.
- We will guide you through the claims and replacement process. All paintings are fully insured during shipping.
Refund Timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for late returns, damaged returns, or returns that do not meet the conditions above.
- Shipping fees, return costs, and any applicable taxes or customs duties are non-refundable.
