Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Due to potential time zone differences, we encourage customers to request cancellations as early as possible to avoid complications.

Cancellation Charges (After 24 Hours):

• Within 2–3 days of order placement: 15% cancellation fee will apply.
• After 4 days or more: 30% cancellation fee will apply.

These fees are intended to cover the cost of materials and labor already invested in your order.

Shipping & Delivery Address
To ensure timely and successful delivery, please confirm that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address are not possible. Luthra Wall Art is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

Return & Refund Policy
In the rare instance that a return is required, please note the following:

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received in good condition.
• We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service to prevent transit-related damages.

IMPORTANT: All custom paintings are non-returnable. Please carefully review your request before placing a custom order.

Damaged Shipments & Insurance
All shipments from Luthra Wall Art are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:

• Retain the original packaging, including the outer box.
• Contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage.
• We will assist you through the insurance claims process.

Please note: The shipping carrier may require inspection of both the damaged painting and its packaging.

Taxes, Duties & Additional Charges
Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs or tax authorities, including:

• Import duties
• Value Added Tax (VAT)
• Other applicable fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees, and will vary depending on the destination country.
